Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic session where you sweat a bit working on connecting your breath with movement. Every class is different as my approach is to put together creative sequences, involving different parts of the body.

No previous yoga experience required!
You don´t need to be extra strong or ultra stretched. I adjust the class to all levels.

This is a studio 60min session, run in a small group in Barcelona city centre (C/ Trafalgar 19).

I'll be able to see you and adjust you with some personal tips, if needed. I´m putting a lot of attention to provide tailor-made experience for every participant.

Monthly pass is available only at the beginning of each month, before the first class of the month and it's valid for the 4 consecutive classes
